Former Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner is in talks about a possible new coaching position at AC Milan and, in the event of an appointment, wants to bring the out-of-contract David Alaba to the Rossoneri.

As "Gazzetta dello Sport" reports in its Monday edition, a corresponding deal could also trigger a move for David Alaba to Milan. "Glasner is said to be determined to bring the 33-year-old to Milan in the event of an appointment, the Gazzetta reported".

According to media reports, the Upper Austrian Glasner has already met club owner Gerry Cardinale in Milan. The talks are said to have focused on a possible sporting reorientation of the Rossoneri. AC Milan missed out on Champions League places last season and is apparently looking for new approaches.
