A 35-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday near Vienna's main train station (Hauptbahnhof) on suspicion of having threatened, robbed, and harassed several women.
According to police, the arrest took place on Gertrude-Fröhlich-Sandner-Straße at the Hauptbahnhof. Officers from the Vienna Task Force (Bereitschaftseinheit) and the Süd branch office were involved in the operation. The suspect was taken into custody immediately following the incidents.
