Privacy Policy
We are delighted that you are visiting our website. The protection of your personal data is a central concern for us. Below, we inform you transparently about which data is collected, how we use it, and what rights you have.
1. Data Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:
online360 service GmbH
Jakob Regenhart-Gasse 16
2380 Perchtoldsdorf
Austria
Email: contact@allfacts360.com
2. Data Collection on Our Website (Server Log Files)
When you visit our website, the provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
- Hostname of the accessing computer (IP address, anonymized if applicable)
- Time of the server request
These data are not combined with other data sources. The collection of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of our website – for this purpose, the server log files must be recorded.
3. Web Analytics (Matomo Cookieless)
We use the open-source software tool Matomo on this website to analyze the surfing behavior of our users. We prioritize the protection of your data:
Our Matomo instance is configured so that NO tracking cookies are set in your browser (Cookieless Tracking).
Your IP address is anonymized immediately upon collection (e.g., 192.168.xxx.xxx). The data collected by Matomo (e.g., visited pages, time spent, anonymized region of origin) are stored exclusively on our own servers and are not shared with third parties (such as Google or other advertising networks).
Data processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the anonymous statistical analysis of user behavior to technically and structurally optimize our journalistic offering.
4. Advertising (Google AdSense & Consent Management)
To finance our free journalistic offering, we use Google AdSense, a web advertising service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google").
Google AdSense uses cookies and similar technologies (e.g., web beacons) to display personalized advertising, control the delivery of ads, and analyze them.
Important: The use of Google AdSense and the setting of the necessary cookies take place exclusively after your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. We obtain this consent via our certified consent banner (Google CMP, TCF 2.2 Standard) when you first enter the website.
If you do not consent to the use of marketing cookies (by clicking "Do not consent" in the banner), Google AdSense will not display personalized advertising and will not set tracking cookies in your browser. In this case, only contextual (non-personalized) advertising may be displayed.
You can revoke or adjust your consent at any time by accessing the Privacy & Messaging settings at the bottom of our website.
5. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to:
- Right of Access (Art. 15 GDPR): Free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of the data processing.
- Right to Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): Deletion of your data stored by us.
- Right to Restriction of Processing (Art. 18 GDPR): Blocking of your data, provided we are not yet allowed to delete it due to legal obligations.
- Right to Withdraw Consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR): Revocation of a previously given consent (e.g., for Google AdSense). The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected.
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint (Art. 77 GDPR) with the competent supervisory authority (in Austria: Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at).
6. Contacting Us
If you contact us via email, your email including the contact details you provided will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent. The basis for this is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
