Verdi reaches agreement with employers on pilot deal in Bavarian wholesale and foreign trade

In the collective bargaining dispute over wholesale and foreign trade in Bavaria, Verdi and the employers' side have agreed on a pilot deal. The agreement provides for wage increases of 2.9 percent from August and a further 2.1 percent from May of the following year for around 240,000 employees in the Free State.
