Bayern Munich reportedly agree with Frankfurt's Brown – summer transfer possible

Eintracht Frankfurt is reportedly demanding a transfer fee of around 65 million euros for the left-back. Brown has a contract in Frankfurt until the summer of 2030, which gives the Frankfurt club a strong negotiating position. Before moving to Frankfurt two years ago, Brown played for 1. FC Nürnberg.

According to Bild and Sky, Bayern's board member for sport, Max Eberl, and Frankfurt's board member for sport, Markus Krösche, are conducting the talks directly with each other. Eberl is reportedly coordinating the terms of the transfer, while Krösche represents the interests of the Hessen club. Brown is also said to have had very positive discussions with Bayern coach Vincent Kompany.

Negotiations between the clubs

Brown is 22 years old and is considered one of the most prominent young German defenders. He is part of the extended circle of German World Cup hopefuls and has made a name for himself as a reliable full-back in the Bundesliga and in Frankfurt's Europa League season. He quickly became a key player in Frankfurt.

FC Bayern Munich has become German champions and DFB Cup winners in recent history, making them the reigning double winners. With a potential transfer of Brown, the record champions would realign their squad planning on the left-back position for the long term.
