All Saints’ Day is one of the most important commemorative days of the Catholic liturgical year. Services were held on 1 November and on the preceding evening in several German federal states. Services in several federal states

In parts of Bavaria and Thuringia, parishes had already celebrated an evening service on 31 October. Church reports referred to admonition and vespers services. These formats are part of the tradition surrounding Catholic All Saints’ Day and are organized by the respective local parishes.
