Christopher Seiler, a prominent artist, has reached a diversion agreement to resolve legal proceedings following allegations of violence, his manager confirmed. The case is now closed, and Seiler is set to return to the stage in June.

Resolution Through Diversion

The artist’s manager stated in an Instagram post: *"Man hat sich geeinigt, das Verfahren ist damit abgeschlossen."* ("An agreement has been reached, the proceedings are now concluded.") The resolution allows Seiler to avoid a trial, opting instead for diversion—a legal alternative often used for first-time offenders that emphasizes restitution over punishment.

Seiler himself addressed the situation in an Instagram Story, acknowledging the gravity of the allegations. *"Sie (die Geschädigte, Anm.) hat mit ihrer Anzeige absolut richtig gehandelt und dadurch Grenzen laut aufgezeigt."* ("The victim acted absolutely correctly by filing a report, thereby clearly setting boundaries.") He emphasized that any form of violence is unacceptable, adding colloquially, *"Wurscht, wie ma beinaund is."* ("No matter how close we are.")

Acknowledgment and Restitution

The artist expressed gratitude for the opportunity to make amends, stating he was *"froh, eine Chance auf Wiedergutmachung bekommen und genutzt zu haben."* ("glad to have received and utilized a chance for restitution.") His return to performing in June suggests a swift reintegration into his professional life following the resolution.
