Cannes, France — May 4, 2026

Hollywood icon Demi Moore has been named to the prestigious jury of the 2026 Cannes Film Festival, joining a lineup of international filmmakers and actors to judge this year’s competition films.

A Diverse and Acclaimed Jury

The nine-member jury, announced today, brings together a mix of established and emerging talents from across the globe. Alongside Moore, the panel includes Oscar-winning director Chloé Zhao, veteran Swedish actor Stellan Skarsgård, and Irish-Ethiopian actress Ruth Negga. Also among the jurors are Belgian filmmaker Laura Wandel, Chilean actor Diego Cespedes, Ivorian-French actor Isaach De Bankolé, and British screenwriter Paul Laverty.

Leading the jury as president is South Korean auteur Park Chan-wook, known for his visually striking and narratively complex films such as *Oldboy* and *The Handmaiden*. His appointment underscores Cannes’ continued emphasis on global cinema and auteurship.
