Individuals born between 1970 and 1990, often sandwiched between Baby Boomers and Generation Z, are grappling with unprecedented levels of stress and unease. While this generation enjoyed a childhood and youth marked by economic stability and fewer job market pressures compared to the Baby Boomers, many now find themselves in a state of persistent discomfort.
Rüdiger Maas, a member of this cohort, starkly characterizes it as the most uncertain generation in history.
