Salzburg, 21 July 2026

Insolvency proceedings have been opened against the assets of Semer Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, based in Salzburg, at the Salzburg Regional Court on 21 July, as reported by the credit protection associations KSV1870 and AKV.

According to information from KSV1870 and AKV, Semer Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH is insolvent. Both associations put the company's liabilities at 18.3 million euros. According to their figures, a total of six creditors are affected by the insolvency.

The Salzburg-based company slipped into bankruptcy of its own accord because out-of-court restructuring attempts failed. In addition, there are close company-law connections to other firms, some of which have likewise become partially insolvent. These reportedly include the HELLWEG group, which also made headlines.
