According to Malcolm McHaffie, head of the CPS Special Crime Unit, the new allegations concern rape, the organising or facilitation of human trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation, and offences related to child pornography material. According to the BBC, Andrew Tate also faces seven additional charges of rape. His brother Tristan Tate is said to have assisted him in these alleged acts. He reached millions of young people, and young men in particular, with misogynistic statements and positions. His brother Tristan supported him in this activity.
