Update of 12 August 2026: After the first rides of the second day, the German dressage team was able to lead the competition in Aachen, carried by a strong performance from debutant Raphael Netz.
Netz rode Camelot and thus helped the team take the lead at the halfway point of the final Nations Cup test. The horse was reported to have "in this main stadium made itself another 15 centimetres taller than it normally does." With that, the youngster mastered his World Championship premiere right away with bravura and set an exclamation mark in the German camp.
