Following an alleged serious sexual offense against four girls in a multi-family residential building in the south of Halle, police have provisionally arrested three juveniles aged 14 to 16, while a 13-year-old suspect was released again.

Police in Halle are investigating, according to their own statements, a serious sexual offense that allegedly took place on Saturday evening in an apartment in a multi-family residential building in the south of the city. The Halle Police Inspection made the case public on Sunday. The talk was of "a serious sexual offense to the detriment of several girls." A total of four girls became victims, it was said.
According to police, four juveniles aged between 13 and 16 are suspected of the crime. Three of them — aged 14 to 16 and therefore of criminal responsibility age — were arrested and taken into provisional custody. A police spokesperson announced that the three juveniles of criminal responsibility age were to be presented to the magistrate on Monday.
