Germany's financial regulator BaFin has initiated a review of Jungheinrich's 2025 half-year financial statements because there are concrete indications of a violation of accounting regulations.

Background of the Review

BaFin launched the investigation on July 13, 2025, the authority said. "There are concrete indications that Jungheinrich Aktiengesellschaft violated accounting regulations," it said. According to the information, the published abbreviated financial statements as of June 30, 2025, and the associated interim management report for the first half of 2025 are being reviewed.
