Separation One Day After the World Cup Final

The Belgian Football Association announced the separation from national team coach Rudi Garcia on Monday, one day after the World Cup final. Garcia's contract ran until the end of July and, according to the association, will not be renewed. The 62-year-old had taken over the team from Domenico Tedesco at the beginning of 2025 and led it straight into the quarterfinal round of a major tournament.
