Kottingbrunn, August 5, 2026
In the murder case of 28-year-old Astrid Wagner in Kottingbrunn (district of Baden, Lower Austria), the suspect from Styria must reconstruct the alleged course of the crime involving headshots this Wednesday.
The crime reconstruction is a central part of the ongoing criminal proceedings against the accused. Among other things, it is intended to clarify how many shots were fired and from which position the alleged headshots on the 28-year-old were carried out. The weapon used – a small-caliber pistol – also plays a central role, as does a separate ballistic expert report that has been introduced into the proceedings.
