The Federal Prosecutor's Office in Karlsruhe is investigating a suspect who is alleged to have called for murder and terror in online chat groups and who is alleged to have maintained connections to the so-called COM scene.

According to its own statements, the Federal Prosecutor's Office has opened investigations against a man who is alleged to have incited serious crimes in online chat groups. The Karlsruhe authority accuses the suspect of not only calling for murder and terror in the respective groups, but also of specifically targeting young, predominantly female individuals. In the investigators' assessment, the case shows parallels to the well-known proceedings surrounding the platform "White Tiger."

The Federal Prosecutor General stated that members of the scene deliberately search for young, mostly female individuals on social media and gaming platforms. These individuals are then driven through manipulation and coercion to humiliating acts and, in some cases, to suicide.
