Luhmühlen, 25 June 2026

Defending champion Julia Krajewski holds the lead of the four-star German eventing championship at Luhmühlen after the opening dressage group and will bid for a fifth national title with the horse Nickel when the second group competes on Friday.

A championship within a championship

The four-star competition at Luhmühlen doubles as the German national championship and runs alongside a five-star international event until Sunday, with the cross-country phase scheduled for Saturday and the show jumping finale on Sunday afternoon. The Krajewski and Nickel combination is scheduled to ride in the second dressage group on Friday from 9:00, before the decisive cross-country test. Krajewski is the individual Olympic champion from 2021 and is also contesting Luhmühlen with a second horse, Tullabeg Platinum, on which she already leads the field on a score of 27.2 points following the first group on Thursday.
