The head coach asked for the topic to be put to rest and pointed to his focus on the upcoming task. He stressed that he wanted to focus on his work and on a successful World Cup opener against Curaçao. He thus neither confirmed nor denied anything regarding his contractual situation.

At the same time, Nagelsmann highlighted the expertise of Klopp and Müller and appeared outwardly composed. "Zumindest haben wir viele Experten, viele Leute.
