The sports car manufacturer Porsche delivered around 122,300 vehicles worldwide in the first half of 2026 — 16 percent fewer than in the same period last year — with the Chinese market in particular seeing a sharp decline of 32 percent.

Sales Crisis Hits All Regions

The VW subsidiary Porsche is battling a persistent sales crisis. In the first half of 2026, the Stuttgart-based company handed over just over 122,300 vehicles to customers, as the company announced on Thursday. That was 16 percent fewer than in the first half of 2025. Last year, Porsche had already recorded its lowest sales of sports cars and SUVs since the pandemic year 2020 with just under 279,400 units sold — a drop of roughly one-tenth compared to 2024.
