With his win over Auger-Aliassime, Djokovic drew up an interim balance sheet at least: the Serb has now reached the Wimbledon semifinal once again and could meet Sinner there. Zverev, for his part, faces after the forced rest day an opponent who is considered awkward to play against. Fritz has defeated Zverev several times recently in decisive phases of major tournaments.
