US President Donald Trump purchased millions of dollars in Apple and Nvidia stocks in early 2026 ahead of a high-profile state visit to China, where he announced major business deals involving American tech and aerospace companies.
Financial Transactions Before China Trip
Trump and his family reported over 2,300 transactions in the first three months of 2026, with total investments ranging between $220 million and $750 million, according to financial disclosures. His largest investment in Apple, between $1 million and $5 million, occurred in early February, while he spent up to $7.2 million on the company’s stocks in recent months.
