Villa Frescot, located on the hills above Turin and the longtime residence of Fiat owner Gianni Agnelli and his wife Marella, is being offered for sale by luxury real estate broker Sotheby's.
The 19th-century villa offers more than 2,250 square metres of living space and sits on a hill overlooking Turin. The property is currently owned by Gianni Agnelli's daughter Margherita. The property is valued at ten million euros, according to details provided by Sotheby's. The brokerage has not yet published an official asking price.
The main house comprises 29 bedrooms and 15 bathrooms across approximately 1,260 square metres. The interiors, featuring historic furniture, large windows overlooking the park, marble staircases, parquet floors and fireplaces, have largely retained their original character. Gianni Agnelli lived in the main house until his death in 2003.
