Officers from the Quadenstraße police station saved the life of a one-year-old boy in Vienna-Donaustadt on Monday, June 29, 2026. The boy had swallowed a foreign object during breakfast and was at risk of choking to death.

Police were called to Vienna's 22nd district at midday on June 29, 2026, because a toddler was in acute respiratory distress.
