Actress Nastassja Kinski, who was 13 years old when she participated in a topless scene in Wim Wenders' 1975 film "Falsche Bewegung," has threatened to sue the director if he does not remove the sequence from the film, in a conflict that reignites the debate on how to treat film heritage when a scene causes harm to a performer.

The conflict between the actress and the German director has intensified in recent days after Kinski's lawyer, Christian Schertz, announced the initiation of formal legal action. According to Schertz, the deadline for Wenders to react expires at the end of this week. "Wenn uns nicht bestätigt wird, dass die Szene entfernt wird, werden wir klagen," warned the lawyer, who bases the lawsuit on the violation of Kinski's personality rights as a minor.
