Austria's women's volleyball team lost their second group-stage match at the European Championship in Brno and remain in Group B without a single set won.

Following the opening defeat against Serbia, Roland Schwab's side suffered the next setback in Group B. Against hosts Czech Republic, who won their second match convincingly, the Austrians failed to take a set. As a result, the team sits at the bottom of the table after two matches with a 0:2 record in points and 0:6 in sets.
