In the Untersiggenthal sexual case, the Aargau Administrative Court has protected the residence status of a woman because her employment relationship does not constitute sham employment and her chances of regaining employment remain intact.
In the proceedings concerning the so-called Untersiggenthal sexual case, the Aargau Administrative Court issued a ruling based on the woman's employment relationship. The court writes that this relationship is «trotz der Beziehung zwischen ihr und dem ehemaligen Grossrat nicht als Scheinarbeitsverhältnis zu qualifizieren». In doing so, the chamber did not follow the argument that the employment existed only on paper in order to secure her residence in Switzerland.
