Abandoned French Brothers Returned Home After Being Found on Portuguese Roadside

The mother, a 41-year-old French woman, and her partner, a 55-year-old French man, were arrested two days after the children were found. Portuguese judicial authorities located the couple near Fátima in central Portugal.
