Berlin's seven best-known parties are reportedly putting up close to a quarter of a million campaign posters ahead of the Abgeordnetenhauswahl, without counting additional candidate posters for the Abgeordnetenhaus and Bezirksverordnetenversammlungen.
The scale of the upcoming Berlin state election is becoming visible across the city's streets. According to the figures, "allein die sieben bekanntesten Parteien fast eine Viertelmillion Wahlplakate hängen und kleben" — the seven best-known parties alone are hanging and pasting close to a quarter of a million election posters. The count does not yet include every poster promoting individual candidates for the Abgeordnetenhaus or the Bezirksverordnetenversammlungen.
