A bomb threat in the early hours of Sunday morning in Konstanz on Lake Constance partially closed parts of the cross-border 24-hour flea market with Kreuzlingen as well as the local train station; according to the police's own assessment, there is no concrete danger to the population.

In the early morning, the police initially spoke of an «unklaren Bedrohungslage» on the grounds of the cross-border 24-hour flea market in Konstanz and the adjacent Swiss city of Kreuzlingen. According to a police spokesperson, the areas on the border with Kreuzlingen in Switzerland were evacuated in the early morning and have been closed since. In the early morning, the police had spoken of an unclear threat situation, as stated in a press release.
