An eleven-year-old girl lost consciousness following a carbon monoxide accident in a Vienna apartment and was flown to a hospital in Graz by the Vienna rescue helicopter.

A carbon monoxide accident occurred in a Vienna apartment late in the evening, in which an eleven-year-old girl was seriously harmed. According to the Vienna Professional Rescue Service (Berufsrettung Wien), the emergency services were alerted at around 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday. When the rescue teams arrived, the child was already unconscious, as a spokesperson named Feiler explained: "Als wir eingetroffen sind, war die Person bereits bewusstlos."

The Vienna Professional Rescue Service provided emergency medical care to the girl, who was subsequently transported by the Vienna rescue helicopter to a clinic in Graz. No further details about the child's current state of health were initially released. Corina Had, spokesperson for the Vienna Professional Rescue Service, confirmed the incident.
