At the next meeting in Brussels, the 27 EU member states are once again seeking agreement on a further sanctions package against Russia, but Greece and Austria are slowing down parts of the plan.

Athens is reportedly resisting restrictions on its shipping industry as part of the sanctions. This intensifies the blockade over the package that has been smouldering for weeks.
