The former Signa prestige project "Lamarr" on Vienna's Mariahilfer Straße now bears the name "Grand Museum Residences" and is being completed by the Stumpf Group.

New Name, New Concept

The former Signa building, most recently known under the project name "Lamarr," has already been given its new brand appearance on the construction fences around the site in Vienna's Neubau district. The name "Grand Museum Residences" apparently references the museums located in the surrounding area. The developer is the Stumpf Group around Viennese investor Georg Stumpf, which took over the project after the end of the Signa era.

According to the company, the building complex is to include around 200 condominium apartments as well as a retail quarter with approximately 12,000 square meters of space. As a result, the former Leiner building on Mariahilfer Straße will become part of a mixed-use urban quarter.
