French Tourist Caught with 40 Kilograms of Sardinian Sand, Pebbles, and Shells

A regional law passed in 2017 explicitly forbids the removal of sand, pebbles, and shells from Sardinian beaches. The legislation aims to preserve the island’s renowned coastline, which attracts millions of visitors each year.
