After the match, Grabher was self-critical in her ORF interview. „Ich habe mich auch nicht super gefühlt, aber bei solchen Matches muss man einfach die Bälle reinspielen und das habe ich gemacht", explained the Vorarlberg native. The win over Primorac Pavičić was not Grabher's first dominant victory at the tournament in Amstetten. In the previous round, she had already beaten Ekaterina Perelygina by the same score of 6:1, 6:0. The Austrian tennis player is coached by trainer guru Günter Bresnik, who has been guiding her career for years.

Grabher is looking ahead to the upcoming match with confidence. „Jetzt freue ich mich aufs Viertelfinale", she said after her clear win. The draw means that, with another victory, the Austrian could make her biggest jump in the rankings in quite some time.

The WTA 100 tournament in Amstetten is one of the highest-prize-money women's tennis events in the country and regularly attracts players from the top of the game. Grabher, as the top seed, is embracing her favorite's role and has so far impressed with consistency and nerve in the decisive moments.
