Kitzbühel, July 26, 2026

France's Quentin Halys has reached the final of the Kitzbühel clay-court tournament with a 6:4, 7:6 (7:2) win over Germany's Yannick Hanfmann and will play Kazakhstan's defending champion Alexander Bublik on Saturday (1:00 p.m., live on Servus TV).

Halys seizes his chance in the semifinal

Unseeded Quentin Halys took his first semifinal opportunity on Friday at the venue in the "Gamsstadt" and defeated the also-unseeded Yannick Hanfmann in two sets. After 6:4 and 7:6 (7:2), the Frenchman has reached a final in Kitzbühel for the first time and is chasing his first ATP Tour title of the season.

For Halys, currently ranked 83 in the world, it is only his second Tour final after Gstaad two years ago. On that occasion the 29-year-old lost to Italy's Matteo Berrettini. In Kitzbühel, however, the Frenchman produced a strong performance and took his chances when it mattered.
