The Graz public prosecutor's office has dropped the fraud investigation against real estate entrepreneur Erwin Soravia and the Viennese lawyer Lukas Kollmann in connection with the "Hospiz am Arlberg" project.

As the public prosecutor's office stated in its detailed reasoning for the dismissal decision, made available to APA, an "initial suspicion of a criminal offense, in particular with regard to the crime of fraud" is "not discernible." The approximately three-year review of the allegation thus did not yield sufficient grounds for suspicion.
