Forrest Beach, July 06, 2026

Six perfectly round metal spheres have been discovered on Forrest Beach in the northern Australian state of Queensland. According to the Australian Space Agency (ASA), they are pressure vessels from a foreign launch vehicle.

The spheres, also known in technical jargon as "Space Balls," are made of heat-resistant titanium alloys and belong to rocket propulsion systems, according to experts. Due to their robust material, they often survive re-entry into Earth's atmosphere and eventually crash onto the planet's surface. "The recovered objects appear to be pressure vessels from a launch vehicle," an ASA spokesperson told broadcaster ABC.
