Head coach Julian Nagelsmann flew back to Munich one day after the German national team's World Cup exit against Paraguay, departing from Charlotte/North Carolina airport on Lufthansa flight LH 429.
Head coach Julian Nagelsmann checked in at Charlotte/North Carolina airport late in the afternoon (local time) to travel back home after the German team's disappointing elimination from the World Cup. The 38-year-old was dressed entirely in black, paired with pink sneakers and sunglasses, as images from the dpa news channel showed. He made his way through the terminal pulling an aluminum suitcase with a bag on top.
According to the information, at his side were his partner Lena Wurzenberger, his mother Burgi, and his long-time assistant coach Benjamin Glück. Bayern pros Aleksandar Pavlovic and Jamal Musiala, who played for the German side, were also on board the same flight. The Lufthansa aircraft, numbered LH 429, brought the group back to Munich.
