Robert Habeck Becomes Senior Advisor at Urban Partners

He expressed his enthusiasm for contributing at Urban Partners.

According to sources in his circle, the move comes roughly a year and a half after the collapse of the Ampel coalition. Habeck was a member of the federal government under Chancellor Olaf Scholz and served, as Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Climate Action as well as Vice Chancellor, in the last federal government to include the Greens.

With his engagement at Urban Partners, Habeck remains connected to the field of urban development and housing, which already played a central role in his political work. As Minister for Economic Affairs, he had, among other things, advocated for a construction and investment offensive as well as measures to ease pressure on housing markets.
