Robin Gosens moves to FC Schalke 04 and returns to the Bundesliga

The left wing-back has been playing in Italy since 2017. He was initially active for Atalanta Bergamo, later for Inter Milan, and most recently for ACF Fiorentina. With Inter, he reached the Champions League final in the 2022/23 season, which was lost against Manchester City. With the Nerazzurri, Gosens won the Italian Cup twice and the Italian Super Cup once.

The player from Emmerich made 24 appearances for the German national team.
