A Russian missile strike on a residential building in the Solomianskyi district of Kyiv killed at least four people and wounded more than a dozen, as President Volodymyr Zelensky urged U.S. President Donald Trump to supply Patriot air-defence systems.

The strike hit a residential building in the Solomianskyi district of the Ukrainian capital, where emergency services were searching for people believed to still be trapped inside. Ukrainian officials said at least four people were killed and more than a dozen were wounded, with casualty figures subject to revision as rescue operations continued.
