The Telekom and Verdi have reached an agreement, ending the Tarifkonflikt that affected around 60,000 employees, with a monthly tariff allowance increase from 190 to 480 Euro in two steps.
The agreement was reached after negotiations between the two parties, with Verdi representing the interests of the employees.
The monthly tariff allowance will be increased from 190 to 340 Euro in August, and then to 480 Euro in July 2027.
Background to the Agreement
Additionally, the tabellenentgelte will be increased by 2.4% in June 2028.
The agreement also includes a one-time bonus for Verdi members, with 440 Euro to be paid in this year and a further 220 Euro to be paid in 2028 if they remain members.
Verdi had initially demanded a 6.6% increase in entitlements over a 12-month period, as well as a one-time bonus of 660 Euro.
