Frei emphasized that the coalition agreement had been negotiated and signed between the party leaders and the minister-presidents. A spokesperson for the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs merely stated that talks within the coalition were ongoing. She did not wish to comment on Frei's remarks.
