FC Thun lost 0:7 (5:0 at half-time) away to Polish side Lech Poznan in the Conference League on Thursday evening, while FC St. Gallen also failed to claim a win.

FC Thun suffered a heavy 0:7 defeat in their Conference League away match against Lech Poznan. The Poles were already 5:0 up by half-time, meaning the game was decided early. The Bernese Oberland side, who enter European competition as Swiss champions, found no answers at the stadium in Poznan against the third-placed team in the Polish Ekstraklasa.

Shortly after the 30-minute mark, Mateusz Skrzypczak rose completely unmarked to make it 4:0 from a rehearsed free-kick routine, before Radoslaw Murawski added the fifth goal shortly before the break. The two goals within a few minutes highlighted the home side's superiority on the pitch, as they made the most of their set-piece situations.
