Two Previously Acquitted in 'Fall Anna' Case Face New Armed Robbery Charges

The 23-year-old defendant admitted involvement but tried to downplay his role, telling the judge: "Ich war mit denen in einem Topf: Mitgegangen, mitgefangen" ("I was in the same pot as them: went along, got caught"). The judge responded that he was "shooting himself in the foot" by attempting to minimize his participation.

The oldest defendant, a 24-year-old, admitted to acting as a lookout during the robbery. All four face serious charges for the violent incident.

The 54-year-old victim reported being severely beaten and sprayed with pepper spray during the attack. He stated that the experience had been so traumatic that he lost over 20 kilograms and eventually moved to Syria, where he feels safer.

Prior Criminal Records

Court records show the 21-year-old defendant was previously convicted in 2022 for a serious robbery, while the 17-year-old has three prior convictions and is currently in custody for document and data forgery.
