Course profile and race progression
For the fifth time this season, the Austrian stood at the very top of the podium. At the sixth World Cup stop of the year, Höll left no doubts on the 1.85-kilometer course in Pal Arinsal and secured the victory with a time of 3:06.717 minutes. This gave her an average speed of approximately 36 km/h.
Behind the rider from the Commencal team, Canada's Gracey Hemstreet took second place with a gap of 0.485 seconds. Third place went to Sacha Earnest from New Zealand, who crossed the finish line 2.869 seconds behind Höll. The podium thus reflected the international top class of the women's downhill circuit.
Overall standings: Clear picture
In the overall standings, Höll extended her lead over the second-placed Swiss rider Lisa Baumann to 553 points. The Salzburg native now holds 1,265 points and is clearly on course for the title in the current World Cup season. The gap to her closest pursuer underlines the dominance Höll has shown this season.
