The 24-year-old Syrian sentenced to life imprisonment for a terrorist attack in Villach has been transferred from Klagenfurt Prison to Stein Prison. The transfer in mid-July took place under particularly strict security precautions, according to "Kleine Zeitung," after the man had repeatedly caused dangerous incidents in Klagenfurt.

The 24-year-old Syrian Islamist, who has been finally convicted of life imprisonment for the terrorist attack in Villach, was transferred in mid-July from Klagenfurt Prison to Stein Prison in Lower Austria under particularly strict security precautions.

As "Kleine Zeitung" reported on Thursday, the transport of the convicted terrorist and murderer to Lower Austria took place in mid-July under particularly strict security precautions. Prior to this, the 24-year-old had repeatedly caused dangerous incidents in Klagenfurt Prison because he had repurposed everyday objects as weapons. Because of these incidents, it was decided to transfer the inmate to another facility.
