The team behind Max Uthoff and Claus von Wagner sharply criticized the disinvitation of rapper Danger Dan during the anniversary episode of the ZDF satire show "Die Anstalt." Host Claus von Wagner called the broadcaster's decision "simply cowardly" and pointed to a record high in far-right violence in the Federal Republic.
The team of the ZDF satire show "Die Anstalt" used its anniversary episode to criticize the broadcaster's decision to disinvite rapper Danger Dan as "cowardly."
In the 100th episode of "Die Anstalt," an empty grand piano stood on stage alongside "a lonely microphone on the stage." Danger Dan was originally scheduled to perform the song "Keine Angst" there together with star pianist Igor Levit. However, ZDF cancelled the appearance at short notice.
The "Anstalt" team calls the ZDF decision regarding Danger Dan "cowardly."
