The Zurich Cantonal Council has greenlit an 18-million-franc infrastructure overhaul in Dübendorf, featuring a bike path, electronic bus lane, flood protection, and upgraded sewer systems, with construction set to begin in late 2027.

Project Details and Costs

The canton will contribute 7.5 million francs toward the total cost, which includes renovations to the Kämmaten bus stop at half a million francs—a figure that has drawn scrutiny due to its average daily usage of just two people.
